Mark Laubacher

Mark Laubacher is the Co-Founder & Vice-Chairman of Silver Birch Living, a unique affordable assisted living community. Mark is also the Founder and CEO of The Laubacher Company, providing advice on financing affordable apartment properties with a special focus on assisted living for elderly persons. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Managing Director at Nuveen Investments and as an Associate Director at Bear Stearns, where Mark specialized in municipal finance transactions. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
