Caitlin Hicks

Caitlin Hicks is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business development, education, and performing arts. Currently serving as the Leader of Business Development at Silver Bullet Technology, Inc. since March 2023, Caitlin focuses on cross-disciplinary projects to drive company growth. Previously, Caitlin contributed as a Guest Teaching Artist at Troy University, directing theatre programs and leading workshops, while also performing in professional productions with organizations such as Woodstock Arts and Red Mountain Theatre. With a robust background in academic instruction at The University of Alabama, Caitlin has developed and taught various theatre courses. Caitlin's early career includes roles in marketing, public relations, and sales, complemented by an MFA in Theatre--Acting and a BS in Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management from recognized institutions.
