Renae Lavell

Renae Lavell is the current Executive Director for Silver Chain Group in WA. Prior to this, they were the Director for Lavell Consulting from October 2018 to October 2019 where they served as a strategic advisor for CEOs in purpose and values driven service delivery organisations. From January 2011 to December 2011, they worked as a Manager Consulting for Deloitte with projects in the mining industry. From October 2011 to August 2018, they were the Director Workforce/HR Director for WA Police where they led Human Resources and periods leading the policing led functions of the Police Academy and Professional Development. Throughout their various roles, Renae has gained extensive experience in organisational restructuring, implementing new policing models, representing organisations at inquiries and standing committees, managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, and more.

Renae Lavell has a Master of Business Leadership (with Distinction) from Curtin University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Edith Cowan University, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management from Macquarie University.
