Dani Shaughnessy

Dani Shaughnessy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Systems Process Manager at Silver Creek Modular since March 2018, where major achievements include the successful six-month implementation of Procore software across the company. Additionally, Dani has expertise in payroll and HR administration, having managed certified payroll for over 325 employees while performing various HR functions. Prior to this role, Dani held the position of Office Manager at Industrial Commercial Systems, Inc. from June 1996 to November 2017, contributing significantly to the company's growth from $1M to $45M and serving as the only female member of the original Executive Committee. Dani holds a PHR degree in Human Resources Management and Services from CSUSM Extended Learning, earned between 2008 and 2009.
