Leslie Johnson has extensive work experience in healthcare, with a focus on quality improvement and process improvement methodologies. Leslie currently holds the position of Director of Medical Staff Services at Silver Cross Hospital, where they lead and directs multidisciplinary project teams to improve the quality of care and operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Leslie served as the Manager of Quality and Patient Safety at Silver Cross Hospital and as the Senior Process Improvement Engineer, completing over 50 projects with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.

Leslie Johnson, MSN, MBA, FACHE, CPHQ, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Bradley University's Foster College of Business in 2014. Prior to that, they earned an MSN degree in Nursing Systems Administration from Illinois State University from 2007 to 2011. Leslie's education also includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005.
