Michelle Fennell

Michelle Fennell has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle started their career as a Medical Technologist at the University of Chicago Medicine in 1994 and held this position until 1998. Michelle then worked as an Infection Control Practitioner at the same institution from 2000 to 2001. In 1998, Michelle joined Ingalls as a Medical Technologist and later became the Supervisor of Microbiology and Molecular Diagnostics from 2011 to 2015. From 2014 to 2018, they served as a Lean Facilitator at Ingalls. In 2018, they joined Silver Cross Hospital as the Manager of Laboratory and Outpatient Testing Services, and in 2020, they were promoted to Director of Laboratory Services.
