Wafa Alhasan

Wafa Alhasan is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in infection prevention and control, currently serving as the Infection Prevention Coordinator at Silver Cross Hospital since December 2023. Prior roles include Infection Preventionist at Advocate Christ Medical Center and Infection Prevention & Control Professional at UI Health. Wafa has also contributed to public health initiatives as an ESDA Volunteer with the Orland Park Police Department and held various positions focusing on radiology, including Lead Mammography Technologist and Mammographer at multiple healthcare facilities.
