Lee Montgomery is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in international sales and account management. Currently serving as the Head of International Sales at Silver Cross Ltd since July 2019, Lee is responsible for developing and executing international strategies, managing P&L, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Prior roles include leading international sales teams at Mamas & Papas, where Lee created global account strategies and drove profitable growth, and serving as National Sales Manager at Brabantia, where Lee managed key national accounts. Lee's earlier career involved various sales management positions at McCurrach and WHSmith. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Networking from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
