Jazmin Maldonado

Jazmin Maldonado is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the mental health field. Currently employed at Silver Hill Hospital since July 2014, Jazmin has progressed from the role of Residential Counselor to Senior Residential Counselor and now serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Additionally, Jazmin has been offering services through a self-employed private practice since November 2020.
