Niko Condonopoulos is a seasoned professional in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with extensive experience managing production planning and inventory across various industries. Currently serving as Sales and Operations Planning Manager at Silver Hills since February 2023, Niko has successfully designed and implemented tailored S&OP programs and facilitated cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles include Inventory, Sales and Operations Planning Manager at Nature's Path Foods, where Niko oversaw all finished goods inventory and production planning, and Inventory Manager positions at both Vega and Foley's Candies Ltd., focusing on S&OP implementation and inventory control. Niko has also held managerial roles in production and bulk foods, contributing to significant process improvements and operational efficiencies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma of Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with certifications in Lean methodologies and wine education.
