Yasmin Schmidt

Yasmin Schmidt, a CPHR candidate, currently serves as a People and Culture Advisor and previously held the role of People and Culture Coordinator at Silver Hills, where responsibilities include full cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and enhancing employee morale. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment and HR Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator at Entreflow Consulting Group and the City of Abbotsford, respectively, specializing in recruitment processes and people and culture consulting. Additional roles include Deputy Returning Officer at Elections Canada and Taxpayer Services Agent at Canada Revenue Agency. Yasmin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of the Fraser Valley, completed in July 2021.
