Lindsey Massie

Lindsey Massie has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the HR Training Coordinator at Eldorado Resort Casino in Reno, NV since August 2017, where responsibilities include conducting new hire orientations for multiple casinos. Prior to this role, Lindsey worked at BHP Billiton as a Drilling Technical Assistant from March 2013 to March 2017. At CB&I, from July 2007 to October 2013, Lindsey held various positions including Global HR Functions, Program Coordinator for Corporate Organizational Development & Training, HR Advisor, Organizational Development & Training Specialist, and Human Resources Generalist, contributing to HR systems and employee development programs. Lindsey began the career as an HR Coordinator/Intern at Superior Healthplan from August 2006 to May 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2007.
