The Director Team at Silver Maples of Chelsea Retirement Neighborhood is responsible for leading and coordinating various departments to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of resident services. This team works collaboratively to create a vibrant community by overseeing social services, development strategies, culinary services, marketing and sales efforts, facility maintenance, and programming for wellness and engagement.
