Sushil Eapen currently serves as the CEO of Silver Oak Health, a leading Employee Wellbeing and Assistance Program company in India, with aspirations to become the largest mental healthcare services provider globally. Additionally, Sushil holds the position of Director at Vega Information Systems, specializing in custom assessments for various educational and professional sectors. Previous experience includes serving as the Managing Director for Pearson Clinical and Talent Assessment in South Asia, where Sushil established the office and developed a national team. Earlier roles at Sara Lee involved managing strategic alliances in the food division, while initial engineering experience was gained at Middleby Marshall, focusing on the design of food processing equipment.
