Frances Tan

Frances Tan, MS, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Silver Point Capital, L.P., since January 2023. Previously, Frances held the same role at TikTok from April 2022 to January 2023. Frances began their HR career at Angelo Gordon, where Frances took on the roles of Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Analyst from August 2018 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Coordinator for Investment Banking HR Business Partner at Goldman Sachs and a Human Resources Intern at OEC Group.
