Matthew Foster, CFA, CAIA, CPA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the investment sector. Currently serving as Assistant Controller for Valuations at Silver Point Capital, L.P. since May 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President at HPS Investment Partners, LLC. Prior to this, Matthew was an Associate at HPS Investment Partners and worked as a Fund Accountant at Contrarian Capital Management. Matthew began their career as an Audit Senior Associate at KPMG US, specializing in audit services for clients in the Financial Services Industry with a focus on Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Asset Management. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marist College School of Management.
