Eric Rygg has a strong background in the horseradish industry, starting their career at Huntsinger Farms, Inc. in 1998 as the owner of the company. Huntsinger Farms is a major horseradish grower and processor. In 2005, they joined Silver Spring Foods, Inc., the world's largest grower and processor of horseradish, as the Marketing Manager. Over the years, Eric worked their way up to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and later became the President of the company in 2018. In 2010, they also served as the President of Kelchner's Horseradish Products, a subsidiary of Huntsinger Farms. Eric's expertise and experience in the horseradish industry make him a valuable asset in the field.
Eric Rygg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Middlebury College, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued further education at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, where from 2009 to 2012, they completed their MBA with a focus on Food Marketing.
