Bjorn Jorde

Bjorn Jorde has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Bjorn started their career at Intergraph Corp as a Senior Software Analyst from 1991 to 1995. Bjorn then joined TCSI Corp as a Team Lead from 1995 to 1998. After that, Bjorn worked at Tumbleweed Communications as the Vice President of Product Development, where they managed all of Tumbleweed's products from 1998 to 2008. Bjorn was then the VP of Engineering at Truedomain, Inc from 2010 to 2011, followed by a role as VP of Engineering at Knoodle from 2012 to 2013. Currently, Bjorn is serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Silver Spring Networks, since 2013.

Bjorn Jorde pursued their education in the field of Computer Science. Bjorn first completed an Engineer degree in Computer Science at the University of South-Eastern Norway, from 1983 to 1986. Following this, they attended UC Santa Barbara and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 1986 to 1987. Bjorn then continued their studies at UC Santa Barbara and earned a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from 1988 to 1989.
