Jeff Starcer

Jeff Starcer is an experienced engineering manager currently with Silver Star Communications since June 2016, where responsibilities include supervising engineering teams and overseeing network and switching systems. Prior to this, Jeff held various roles at Nemont Telephone Cooperative, advancing from Network Engineer to Engineering Supervisor, managing network design and service delivery. Jeff's career also includes positions as a Network Engineer at Primetime Communications and Calix Networks, as well as Outside Plant Manager at Rye Telephone Company, focusing on telecommunications infrastructure. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University Pueblo.
