David Strickland

David Strickland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in asset services, construction management, and general operations. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Services and Director of Construction at Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. since March 2017, David has previously owned a self-employed business from February 2015 to June 2023. David also held the position of General Manager at Charlies Plumbing from May 2008 to August 2014, where responsibilities included negotiating various contracts and managing strategic planning and database migration. Earlier in the career, David worked as a Logistics Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. from April 2001 to January 2005. Education was completed at Skyline High School, graduating in 1989.
