Santesha Harvey

Santesha Harvey is an experienced property management professional with a focus on elderly and physically disabled communities. Currently serving as Property Manager at Silver Tree Residential, LLC since February 2015, Santesha successfully transitioned the property from a non-profit to a for-profit model while managing 150 PBRA apartment units. Previous roles include Property Compliance Coordinator at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc., overseeing lease-up during a rehabilitation project, and Property Manager at Housing Systems Incorporated, where Santesha initiated workforce programs and managed multi-family communities.
