Travis Ouchi

Travis Ouchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Silvera for Seniors since August 2020, where responsibilities include organizing and facilitating training for 450 staff and conducting gap analyses for improvement. Prior to this role, Travis worked at SAIT Polytechnic from 2006 to 2017, where notable achievements included managing a $4.7 million training operation and winning the 2015 Learning Developer of the Year Award from the Project Management Institute for developing customized training programs and fostering partnerships with First Nations communities. Additional experience includes roles as Employment Specialist at SAIT Polytechnic, Employment Liaison at DeVry University, and Ontario Regional Manager at Clegg Campus Marketing. Travis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Operations Management from the University of Calgary and an MBA in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
