Debra Delay

Debra Delay is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and international trade. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Silverado Policy Accelerator since February 2023, Debra previously held multiple leadership roles at the International Trade Administration, including Director of 232 Product Exclusions and Director of Customer Success. With a career spanning over two decades, Debra has also contributed to organizations such as US&FCS and American Science and Engineering, Inc. Debra holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a focus on International Business and Trade from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College, along with studies at Universidad de Córdoba.
