Katie Levitan

Katie brings almost two decades of experience in senior care to her position as Senior Director of Sales Training and Support. A caregiver for a brief time at one of Colorado’s leading assisted living providers, she quickly grew into positions in sales, training and leadership, opening new communities and ensuring their sales teams had the tools they needed for success.

Katie joined Silverado in 2012 as a Family Ambassador and quickly showed her skill at opening new communities and helping families find needed care for their loved ones. After two years she was promoted to the role of Sales Specialist, helping Family Ambassadors learn the skills that made her so successful in that position. In 2016 she was promoted to her current role, where she is responsible for the onboarding and training of sales teams for both Silverado communities and Hospice. As a part of her role, Katie also conducts Virtual Dementia Training and Silverado’s Life Leaders and Administrator in Training programs.

Katie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from West Liberty University in West Virginia. She attributes her drive and success in Memory Care to a lifelong admiration of her elders and the special bonds she developed with her grandparents and other senior family members.
