Randy Harper has extensive experience in the sales and training industry. Randy currently serves as the National Director of Training - Group Sales Presentations at Bluegreen Vacations, where they focus on developing and coaching the presenter team to drive productivity. Prior to this role, Randy worked at Wyndham Destinations in various positions, including Regional Director of Sales Projects and Multi Site Trainer. Randy has also served as a Senior Specialist/Presenter, delivering presentations on behalf of Club Wyndham in Myrtle Beach and Washington DC.
