Michael Habib

Michael Habib serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles and has considerable experience as an Animation Consultant for SILVERBACK FILMS and the BBC, contributing to projects like the miniseries Prehistoric Planet. Michael is also a Research Associate at both the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. In addition to these roles, Michael operates as an Expert Witness for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, providing critical analysis and testimony on major crimes. Previous positions include Grant Writer for the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association and Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California. Michael holds a PhD in Functional Anatomy from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and dual degrees (BA and MS) in Biology from the University of Virginia.
