Edward Boswell

Edward Boswell's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2010, they started as a Retail Associate at Bed Bath & Beyond, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they co-founded 3840 Media Inc, a web design and cinematography company with a successful YouTube channel and an E-learning website. Boswell joined ContactWorks as a Customer Service Agent in 2016, before transitioning to Silvercar later that year. At Silvercar, they initially worked as a Learning and Development Specialist, training field employees, Customer Success, and Internal Sales. In 2020, they were promoted to a Business Process Automation Developer, where they developed internal AI chatbots and integrated them with Slack. Overall, Boswell has gained experience in customer service, retail, training, web design, cinematography, and business process automation throughout their career.
