Craig Griffin

Craig Griffin is currently the VP of Solutions Engineering at Silverchair. Prior to this, they were a Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst at SRA International. There, they were responsible for analyzing complex client business needs to support application development of carbon cap and trade registries for international government clients using Agile methodologies.

Before that, Griffin worked as a Merchandising & Social Media Manager at RetailRelay.com. There, they were in charge of the company's Twitter and Facebook accounts, and they integrated the company's marketing message with its product offerings to maximize revenue.

Griffin has also worked as a Project management, Product development & marketing consultant at oneRhino.com. As a consultant, they produced, launched and marketed two successful software products. Craig also managed several application development projects of various sizes, advised businesses on using social media effectively to generate leads and sales, frequently doubling user engagement. In addition, they optimized business websites to generate traffic, leads and sales, particularly in e-commerce. Craig also drove traffic to business websites using "10-pack" search results in Google, as well as MSN local business center and Yahoo Local.

Craig Griffin holds a BS in Geology from William & Mary and is certified as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
