Rob Stephenson

Rob Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rob currently works at SilverCloud Health, where they hold the position of Business Development Director since February 2022. In this role, they lead an Account Management team responsible for renewing SilverCloud service contracts in London and the South of England, worth approximately £3m. Rob also procures new business contracts with various mental health services, including NHS, private, and charity-led services, valued at just over £1.2m.

Prior to SilverCloud Health, Rob worked as a Business Development Manager at the same company from February 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they collaborated with mental health services, clinical commissioning groups, trusts, and integrated care systems to provide patients with access to digital therapy on the company's application-based platform. Their goal was to offer internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy on a global scale.

Before joining SilverCloud Health, Rob served at Vision (In Practice Systems Ltd) starting in 2008. Rob held the position of Business Development Manager from January 2017 to February 2020. In this role, they devised and implemented clinical software solutions for GP federations, clinical commissioning groups, and STPs in the London region. Rob specialized in cross-clinical system data entry forms and clinical decision support for primary care practices. Prior to that, from June 2008 to December 2016, they were an Account Manager at the same company, managing the Vision IT clinical system for over 100 primary care GP medical practices in East London. Rob ensured that practices were up-to-date with new products and optimized their usage of the software to provide excellent healthcare to their patients.

At the start of their career, Rob worked at the UK Ministry of Justice as an Executive Officer at the Wandsworth County Court from July 2002 to May 2008. In this role, they managed a team of Administrative Officers, processing various civil procedure claims and ensuring the smooth operation of court hearings and administrative duties to deliver exceptional service to the public.

Rob Stephenson earned their Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Essex, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
