Russel Coultart

Russel Coultart is a seasoned entrepreneur and highly experienced e-commerce veteran, with over 20 years experience of payments as a merchant.

He has operated extensively in large and complex multinational organisations, account managing multiple stakeholders, projects and started, built up and sold a number of his own businesses.

Russel launched his first e-commerce site, recordstore.co.uk, at the dawn of the internet, all the way back in 1998. Recordstore was acquired by EMI records in 2010 and Russel joined EMI as VP of D2C. In 2013, he joined Universal Music Group as the Global Head of E-commerce. He has extensive consulting experience and he has also DJ’d all over the world.

As a Senior Account Manager, Russel is joining the commercial team to help manage client and partner relationships while working closely with their internal teams to deliver successful results.
