Marjorie Bonga has a diverse work experience. Marjorie started their career in 2018 as the Social Chair for Filipino American's at Madison, where they directed an organization of 200 people and organized social and cultural events. Marjorie also created a scholarship and promoted Filipino culture within the JMU community. In 2019, Marjorie worked as an Events Services Media Specialist at James Madison University, managing school-wide events and handling audio-visual equipment. Marjorie then interned at JAUNT, Inc. in 2020 as a Public Relations Intern. Currently, Marjorie is working at Silverline Communications, first as an Account Coordinator and now as an Assistant Account Executive.
Marjorie Bonga attended James Madison University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Public Relations and Journalism. Prior to their time at university, Marjorie completed their secondary education at Harrisonburg High School from 2012 to 2016, obtaining an Advanced Diploma.
