Tsvety Giordano

Tsvety Giordano, PMP, PSM ☁ has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Tsvety joined Silverline in 2018 and served as the Engagement Manager until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Healthcare and Life Sciences. Tsvety is responsible for developing powerful solutions deployed on the Salesforce Platform and robust third-party apps. Prior to joining Silverline, they worked at IT Convergence, where they held the role of Global Program Manager - Business Applications from 2015 to 2018. Tsvety also served as a Salesforce Project Manager and Recruiter during their tenure at the company. Tsvety started their career at AIESEC, where they held the position of Vice President Outgoing Students Exchange from 2002 to 2005. Tsvety then worked at Coca Cola HBC as a Country HR Assistant before joining Happy / Seven Holdings Corporation as a Recruitment Supervisor. Tsvety's diverse background and experience make their a valuable asset in their current role.

Tsvety Giordano holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Tsvety also has a Master's degree in HR Management from New Bulgarian University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Tsvety has also received several specialized certifications in marketing, human resources, and technology from institutions such as HubSpot, Oracle, Salesforce, and nCino, Inc.
