Rob McHenry

Rob McHenry currently serves as an Executive in Residence at SilverLining, focusing on the intersection of atmospheric science and national security. Previous experience includes leadership roles at DARPA, where McHenry reinvigorated agency operations and ensured rapid technological innovation. As a former CEO of Bright Silicon Technologies, McHenry pioneered optical beam-control technology and secured significant funding. Additional roles at DARPA and various organizations include program management, technology strategy, and advanced materials manufacturing, along with a strong foundation in naval operations and engineering from the US Navy and prestigious educational institutions, including MIT and the US Naval Academy.
