Akila Dinuka

Akila Dinuka is an experienced professional in plant engineering and management, currently serving in various managerial roles at Silvermill Group since November 2016, including Plant Engineering Manager for SASL and PT SASL, as well as Plant Manager for ABF. Previously, Akila held the position of Graduate Management Trainee at Expack Corrugated Cartons (Pvt) Ltd, where energy-saving initiatives were implemented. Earlier experience includes a Trainee Chemical & Process Engineer role at Unilever CeyTea Factory, focusing on R&D projects aimed at quality improvement, as well as a similar position at Palwatte Diary (Pvt) Ltd, contributing to innovative design solutions for milk storage and processing systems. Akila holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, obtained in 2015.
