Mup Tifinie Capehart

Tifinie Capehart, MUP, is an experienced planning and real estate professional with a strong background in urban planning and property consultation. As the owner of Tifinie Capehart Consulting since January 2015, Tifinie collaborates with developers and investors to deliver comprehensive land use analyses. In addition, Tifinie serves as a licensed realtor with SilverPointe Properties since January 2014, driven by a passion for urban livability and community engagement. Previously, Tifinie worked as a Community Planner for the Metro Nashville Planning Department from April 2008 to January 2015, where project management and stakeholder engagement were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include service as a Planning Technician for Oldham County Planning and Zoning, contributing to comprehensive planning efforts. Tifinie holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Tennessee State University.
