Kristy Carmichael

Kristy Carmichael, MSc, Anutr, currently serves as Talent Operations Lead at SilverRock Bank since September 2024 and holds multiple roles at Scout since February 2022, including Talent Lead & Head of Wellbeing, Tech Talent Lead, and Talent Partner III. With a strong background in talent acquisition, Kristy has contributed to numerous high-growth organizations as a Senior Talent Partner at Payhawk and Multiverse, a Talent Lead at Yonder, and a Recruitment Manager at THIS™, among others. Kristy holds a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen and a VRQ Level 3 Diploma for Butlers from the University of West London, along with foundational education from Sir Sandford Fleming College.
