Andrea Ferla has a robust background in the hospitality and travel industry, currently serving as Manager of Destination Experiences at Silversea Cruises since August 2019. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Assistant Manager of Individual Reservations at Monte-Carlo SBM / Société des Bains de Mer from May 2018 to August 2019. Experience also includes serving as Assistant Front Office Manager at Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo for five years (March 2013 - April 2018) and holding the same title at Hotel Concorde Opera Paris from November 2009 to March 2013.
