Marjolijn Postma

Marjolijn Postma is a seasoned professional in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Logistics & Supply Chain at Silversea Cruises since September 2015. In this role, Marjolijn is responsible for the operational, administrative, and budgetary aspects of logistics and supply chain matters for the fleet, overseeing warehousing, transportation, and procurement across 900 ports. Prior to this position, Marjolijn held roles such as Purchasing Manager in both the food and beverage sector and in technical services at Beltship Management Limited and Global Cruise Supply B.V., along with experience as Food and Beverage Manager at Holland America, where Marjolijn was the first female to hold this title. Marjolijn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the Hotel Management School Leeuwarden.
