Girish has been associated with the company since 2003.
He is responsible for financial accounting, taxation, reporting, commercial, legal and compliance functions at Silverskills and its overseas subsidiary companies. In addition, he is also responsible for providing key support on financial planning, forecasting and evaluation of strategic and investment opportunities. He has played an important role in Silverskills organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
Girish is a seasoned and result oriented finance professional with 25 years of diversified experience in the areas of business and financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, working capital and fund management, financial accounting, reporting, commercial, legal and risk-management functions.
Prior to joining Silverskills, Girish was working as Finance Controller of e-Gurucool which pioneered e-learning and classroom coaching in India and was funded by Chrysalis Capital, Newscorp entity Star TV and International Finance Corp. Prior to eGurucool, He has worked with large Indian groups like Punj Lloyd, RPG, Raunaq International and Radico Khaitan where he played diverse roles in the finance function.
Girish is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Delhi.
