Richard Westmoreland

Richard Westmoreland has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Richard has served in various roles such as Chief Security Architect at SilverSky, Vice President of Technology at outSOC, Director of Security Architecture and Security Operations at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence US Corp, and Level 3 Security Analyst and SIEM Architect at Perimeter eSecurity. Additionally, they also worked as a Network Engineer and Security Manager at Parente Randolph, LLC. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in data science, full stack architecture, and security operations.

Richard Westmoreland completed their Bachelor of Information Technology in Security from Western Governors University in 2013. Prior to that, they studied Networking and Technical Support with a focus on Information Systems at Pennsylvania College of Technology from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, Richard holds certifications in CISSP from (ISC)² and CompTIA Network+, Project+, and Security+.
