Timothy Croom

Timothy Croom is a seasoned security professional currently serving as SOC Manager and US SOC Team Lead at SilverSky since January 2022, overseeing the development of SOC processes and managing escalation workflows. Previously, Timothy held positions as a SOC Analyst at SilverSky, utilizing security tools to monitor and mitigate threats, and gained extensive experience as a Retail Data Collector at RetailData, LLC, and as a Retail Wireless Consultant at TDS®. Timothy's technical background includes roles as a Service Desk Analyst at the Library of Congress, Mobility Analyst at the World Bank Group, and Mobile Technician at Apple, along with military experience as an Electronics Technician Third Class in the US Navy, specializing in key communication systems. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University and dual Associate of Science degrees in Cyber Security and Network Management from Pitt Community College.
