Aj Arlauckas

AJ Arlauckas serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management at Silverstein Properties, Inc., a role held since November 2013, responsible for managing a 16 million square foot portfolio of office, multifamily, and life science properties across the United States. Prior to this position, AJ worked as the Director of Wholesale & Commercial Properties at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, overseeing the management of food distribution and commercial properties, including the strategic management of a 3 million square foot facility in the Bronx. AJ's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate in Asset Management at PNC Realty Investors, Inc., where management of a portfolio valued at approximately $500 million was a primary focus. AJ also completed a rotational training program in various financial sectors, providing a solid foundation in finance. AJ holds a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland, obtained in 2005.
