Nick Pazich

Nick Pazich is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Silverstein Properties and is a member of the company’s Management Committee. He has led the negotiation of more than $5 billion of acquisitions, development, joint venture and financing transactions in the United States, Europe, China and the Middle East. He is a co-founder of Silverstein Properties Regional Center and was instrumental in the formation of Silverstein Capital Partners and Cantor Silverstein Opportunity Zone Trust.

Prior to joining Silverstein, Nick was a member of the real estate group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Southern California School of Law, where he was a member of the Southern California Law Review.
