Beki Challoner

Beki Challoner is a seasoned professional in visitor experience management with extensive experience in the cultural and charitable sectors. Currently serving as Head of Visitor Experience at the Silverstone Museum since May 2023, Beki previously held the role of Visitor Welcome Manager at Black Country Living Museum, where responsibilities included optimizing visitor processes and leading a diverse team during the launch of a new visitor center. Beki's career at Birmingham Hippodrome spanned nearly a decade, culminating in the position of Visitor Services Manager, where significant advancements in visitor engagement and operational efficiency were achieved. Beki's early career included roles in human resources and customer service during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as engagement coordination for The Challenge, contributing to various community programs. Beki graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Kent in 2014.
