Mike Wood has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Starting in 2003, they began their career at Halliburton as a Field Engineer and eventually worked their way up to the role of Area Operations Manager. Mike then joined Casedhole-Solutions, Inc., initially serving as the Region Manager for the Southwest before becoming the Region Manager for the Southern US. In 2017, they co-founded Silvertip Completion Services, a company focused on providing wireline and pumping solutions to the Permian Basin. Silvertip was later acquired by ProPetro and became a wholly owned subsidiary.
Mike Wood attended Casper College from 1998 to 2000, studying Engineering. Mike then transferred to South Dakota Mines and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2000 to 2003.
