Jesus Martinez

Jesus Martinez is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Executive Chef and Executive Room Chef at Silverton Casino since February 2018, Jesus has previously held significant positions including Chef Manager at ARAMARK Healthcare and Retail Sales Manager at Aramark. Jesus's extensive experience also includes roles as Restaurant Chef at Ameristar Casino and Steak House Sous Chef at Horseshoe Casino, alongside foundational culinary experience as Chef at Cafe Tuscany. Jesus completed education at Bethel College-North Newton from 1994 to 1996.
