Keith Ball

Keith Ball has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Keith has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Hospitality at Silverton Casino and Vice President of Food and Beverage at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and Riviera Hotel & Casino. Before that, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Valley View Casino & Hotel and Ameristar Casino, Resort and Spa. Keith also founded their own consulting firm, KB Food and Beverage Solutions, where they provided services to improve efficiencies and profitability in the industry. During their career, they have managed large teams, overseen multi-million dollar operations, and led renovations and repositioning of food and beverage outlets. Keith has a strong expertise in training, menu design, and service standards.
