Vera Tice is a healthcare innovation and technology executive and global advisor with strategic and operational success bringing technology and data-enabled products and services from concept to market. She has worked in a variety of positions, including chief operating officer, vice president, and managing director building, leading, advising and driving change and results in businesses and other organizations creating and investing in the future of healthcare. Vera has extensive business, strategy and new ventures, and research and development (R&D) engineering expertise in the healthcare technology and diagnostics, medical device, and mobile telecommunications industries, from startup to Global 500 companies [Quest Diagnostics, Hewlett-Packard Medical (now Philips), Nokia]. As a global strategic advisor, she advises private and public sector organizations investing in advancing healthcare and improving human health. Her healthcare domain experience extends across the health continuum (acute care to healthy living), including in-person to virtual care, digital health, and the consumerization of healthcare. Vera has been serving on boards and international expert panels since 2008. She earned Master of Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Stevens Institute of Technology, respectively.
