Rob Smalldridge

Rob Smalldridge is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and operations management. Currently serving as Partnerships Manager at Silvey Fleet since June 2022, Rob previously held the position of Sales Manager at Reassured from April 2020 to June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Contact Centre Manager at Lifetime Training and Outsourcing Operations Manager at RAC, where responsibilities encompassed managing the performance of outsourced partners and leading a high-performing sales team. Rob’s career began at RAC, where roles also included Trainer & Skills Developer and Sales & Service Executive. Educational credentials include a 2:1 degree in Marketing & Sociolinguistics from Lancaster University, obtained from 2006 to 2009.
