Pankaj G. has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering, specifically in RF/Mixed Signal R&D and IC design. Pankaj currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Silvus Technologies, where they lead a team in developing advanced communication technologies for the military. Prior to this role, Pankaj worked as a Senior Principal and mm-Wave IC design manager at Keyssa, contributing to the design of mm-wave radios and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Pankaj's previous positions include Principal Engineer roles at Velodyne LiDAR, TDK, and Integrated Device Technology, Inc., where they designed analog IC circuits, improved system performance, and filed patents related to clock generation. Before that, they served as a Senior Staff Engineer at Intel Corporation, working on RFIC design, high-speed IO design, and low-power circuit design for complex systems. Pankaj also gained experience in RF systems as a Senior Engineer at RFCo and National Semiconductor, and as a Research Engineer at the Center for Development of Telematics (C-DoT).

Throughout their career, Pankaj has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as RF circuit design, chip/system design, analog/digital interfaces, power sequencing, and ESD-robustness.

Pankaj G. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Walden University (NTU School of Engineering) obtained in 2008. Prior to that, Pankaj completed graduate course work through SITN at Stanford University. In 1996, they received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
